The Young Children's Community (YCC) supports individual development by cultivating curiosity and connection. Our environment promotes independence and cohesion as children care for themselves, others, and the physical space. There are countless opportunities to acquire new language, develop and refine motor skills, and practice grace and courtesy.

We will spend our days immersed in the present moment - baking, learning, exploring, singing, dancing, and enjoying one another. I am so happy to welcome your child to our lovely little community, and I look forward to the year ahead.

"The child who has felt a strong love for his surroundings and for all living creatures, who has discovered joy and enthusiasm in work, gives us reason to hope that humanity can develop in a new direction." - Maria Montessori

Emily finds joy in movement and exercise, thrifting, baking, and making music any chance she can! She is a lifelong learner who rarely sits idly, unless she's at the beach with snacks and a good book.
